The accommodation is bright and airy, contemporary in design, comfortably sleeping up to eight people with the ability to sleep a further four on the two large sofa beds. The house is fully air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi.

The open plan layout of the living area is filled with light and provides a comfortable space for all the family, with a double height ceiling in the main living area and large tinted windows to let light in and keep heat out, featuring a large corner sofa in one of the living areas with a dining table to seat 6 people and two large sofa beds in the other. The two televisions offer satellite viewing which includes SKY and Netflix. The kitchen which is semi-open plan to the living area is newly fitted with fully integrated appliances covering your every need for self-catering, including a washing machine for everyday laundry, dish washer, etc. Complementing this are 4 bedrooms, 1 with En-suite shower room, a family shower room and downstairs cloakroom, whilst outside you will find a large garden area offering the private pool with sun loungers, pool side shower, seating areas, a large extendable dining table with chairs, a rear raised lounge area with Bar, table-tennis and chill out area, which offers respite from the hot Cyprus sun. To the front of the house there is plenty of off-street parking.

The area is very central and combines the vibrancy of Protaras main strip, with access to the fun fair which is just a ten minute walk. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. For those that like more traditional things to see and do, the famous ‘St. Elias Church’ with its wishing tree and stunning views is again just a ten minute walk and can been seen from the house. Cyprus is a fairly small Island so everything can be done within a day, so if it’s the Trudos Mountains that you want to see or you want to visit friends staying in another resort, just jump in a car or on the bus and it can be done with ease.
