Providing 3 bright double bedrooms, all equipped with ample built in storage and each with their own private balcony, all accessing their own shower rooms (2 being en-suite) comfortably sleeping 6 people, but also has a double sofa bed in the lounge with downstairs WC. There is WIFI on site which will help keep data costs down.

The complex has 3 Communal swimming pools & children’s pool, with this villa being just steps away from the main pool and comes complete with a beautiful landscaped garden. The living area which is semi open plan to the fully equipped Kitchen, leads out to a further patio terrace which is poolside and is equipped with an overhead fan and is the perfect spot to take respite from the hot Turkish sun whilst taking in remarkable views, whilst in the evenings is equipped with a built in barbeque which is a beautiful way to home dine, grilling wonderful local produce. The house is fully air conditioned for comfort and includes heating for the out of season months when the weather turns cooler. There are mosquito screens fitted to all doors in each of the main rooms.

Bedlinen and towels are included, along with Sun-loungers with cushions and outside tables and chairs are included also. The villa is tastefully and comfortably furnished, and provides a TV which can be connected to Netflix amongst many local channels. Many books are available to read on read and swap basis to help you unwind and take in the calm sound of the sea rushing against the shore. Seaside Residents is very close to the promenade which accesses many bars, restaurants and souvenir shops, whilst nearby you will find the Surf Club made famous in 2012 when parts of the James Bond film, Skyfall were filmed there! There are also several local shops & a mini market within 2 minutes’ walk and a Spa and Wellness centre with Turkish bath within a few minutes stroll along the seafront.

On the beach there are many sun loungers for hire, and a wide range of water sports available. Paragliding and Hand gliding, solo or tandem, off the adjacent mountain and landing on the beach are extremely popular, as is scuba diving. Patara Beach – voted the best beach in the world by The Times, is 9 miles long of child-friendly beach backed only by ancient ruins and swooping dunes – with no buildings visible save a small café at one end. Just outside the complex the Dolmus runs past and can easily be flagged down to take you further along the strip or to Fethiye main town which offers so much more. Other Dolmus can be boarded from there and will take you to other destinations, such as Oludeniz beach and Hisaronu, which can be reached in around 30 minutes. Dalaman Airport is 28 miles away. (Approximately a 45 minute taxi ride, but it feels more like a tour than a ride as the scenery on route is simply stunning in parts.
